Tell us the vehicle model, specification, quantity, budget and destination. We check current availability in China and provide suitable options with photos, specifications and pricing.

Once the vehicle is selected, we confirm the available vehicle information, condition and supporting documentation. Additional inspection services can also be arranged when required.

We coordinate export documentation, inland transport and delivery to the agreed Chinese port. Depending on the quotation, we can also arrange RoRo, container or other international shipping to the customer’s destination port.

We will check available options and advise whether the vehicle is in stock, available from distribution inventory or needs to be ordered.

Selected used vehicles can be sourced based on the required age, mileage, condition and budget.

Available information may include:

  • Mileage

  • Registration or production date

  • Condition information

  • Inspection information

  • Service information where available

  • Known damage or repairs where disclosed

  • Export availability

Used vehicle availability changes quickly and must be reconfirmed before purchase.

The available vehicle information is checked against the confirmed order before export.

Depending on the vehicle and customer requirements, this may include various vehicle details and documents.

Independent or more detailed inspections can be arranged separately where available.

Export Documentation

Luma AutoMotion Solutions coordinates the Chinese export process with the relevant suppliers, service providers and logistics partners.

The exact documents depend on the vehicle, transaction and destination. Available documentation will be identified in the quotation or sales agreement.

Import approval, destination customs clearance, taxes, registration and local compliance remain the customer’s responsibility unless specifically included in writing.
