Export and Ship

Tell us which vehicle or vehicles you require, including the model, specification, quantity, budget and destination country or port. We confirm current availability and provide suitable options with specifications, available images and pricing.

Before the order proceeds, we confirm the available vehicle information, specification, condition and supporting documentation. Additional inspection services can be arranged when required.

We coordinate export documentation, inland transport and delivery to the agreed Chinese port. When included in the quotation, we can also arrange RoRo, container or other available international shipping to the destination port.

Luma AutoMotion Solutions provides practical support for customers purchasing and exporting vehicles from China.

Our service is adapted to each order. Customers may purchase a vehicle on an FOB basis or request additional freight and shipping coordination to the destination port.

We will check available options and advise whether the vehicle is in stock, available from distribution inventory or needs to be ordered.

Selected used vehicles can be sourced based on the required age, mileage, condition and budget.

Known damage or repairs where disclosed
Export availability

Used vehicle availability changes quickly and must be reconfirmed before purchase.

The available vehicle information is checked against the confirmed order before export.

Depending on the vehicle and customer requirements, this may include various vehicle details and documents.

Independent or more detailed inspections can be arranged separately where available.

Export Documentation

Luma AutoMotion Solutions coordinates the Chinese export process with the relevant suppliers, service providers and logistics partners.

The exact documents depend on the vehicle, transaction and destination. Available documentation will be identified in the quotation or sales agreement.

Import approval, destination customs clearance, taxes, registration and local compliance remain the customer’s responsibility unless specifically included in writing.
